Mental Fitness

Physical fitness has been at the forefront of the education, conversation and literature we consume on how to live healthily. What's most often forgotten is the importance of mental fitness in achieving your full potential. To improve your mental fitness today and the years to come, we have partnered with Shirzad Chamine, author of the New York Times bestselling book, Positive Intelligence, to give you a 6-week program built on the latest breakthroughs in science to improve your overall productivity, efficiency, and happiness.

Work less & achieve more

Focusing on improving your Positive Intelligence Quotient (PQ) means achieving your potential without burnout, stress, and anxiety. As Shirzad puts it, "If you're physically fit, you can climb steep hills without physical stress. If you're mentally fit, you can handle life's great challenges without mental stress or other negative emotions. You'll be happier and perform better."

Throughout the Positive Intelligence program, you will receive six weeks of training and the opportunity to engage with weekly video sessions, daily coach challenges, mindful PQ exercises, and more—all of which are aimed at boosting your three core muscles of mental fitness.

Results of the program have included 37% more sales, 31% better performance, 31% better diagnosis, 3X more creativity, and overall improvement in happiness. Results have also been seen in MRI imaging, where grey matter appears more visible in parts of the brain associated with happiness, passion, and curiosity.*
